Clean & peaceful atmosphere in waiting room, waited on quickly by cordial, professional Customer Service Rep.
I enjoyed listening to the good, contemporary Christian music over intercom while I waited. Instead of some vulgar, offensive Rap music that some places play, e.g. gym, — while working out; the car wash, — while vacuuming & drying off my car/truck (by some inconsiderate customers, with blaring/booming bass speakers, giving me a headache)!
And of course, the professional, thorough & kind Mechanic(s) that took care in servicing my car—as I could even watch them (if wanted) from the waiting room’s big glass window into the Service Area! I’ll be back again when needing auto service!
