The instructors are great and always deliver a highly effective workout. I took 2 months off and after my first class back, I could barely walk the next day - that shows they know how to work all those muscles that rarely get used in more typical forms of exercise, like running, walking or biking. Sore in all the right places is always a win for me! They have a great daycare as well.
Great workout! Clean studio! Instructors who seem to genuinely love what they do! And, I love the challenges (e.g. 15 classes in 21 days)...keep them coming! Can't wait for Move!!!
