Your attention to each customer upon arrival was exemplary the day that I was there. If that customer service goes away, so will customers like me. The stylist was experienced and did a good job, but for me, it's all about treating the customer right.

Our customer service rating is above the national Sport Clips average and Sport Clips has very high customer service rating and for a new store we feel very good about the response. Customer service has been drilled into our staff training program and performance reviews. We knew it would be the deciding factor in retaining clients especially with competitors just down the road from us. I can't say it has been easy as our competitors are sending in "secret shoppers" to disrupt our service. The experience far exceeded my expectations. I went in because I had a coupon. The girl who cut my hair was named Cassie. She was very pleasant. She made me feel comfortable and seemed to be genuinely interested in conversation while cutting my hair. I don't know if all of the employees are as good as her, but if they are, I cannot imagine going any other place to have my hair cut.
