Its a nice place, always clean and friendly. The folks who cut my hair are always nice and dont try and push things on me like product or premium services. I like the sports theme and the live sports on the TVs.
One thing, it would be good if the sound on all the TVs was synchronized. It sounds like a weird thing to say, but the lobby TV and the TVs where the cutting chairs are, are out of synch. Its a bit annoying because it makes it hard to hear.

I take advantage of your free neck trim about three weeks after my haircut and return for a regular haircut two weeks later. Since I am retired and on a fixed income this allows me to look good and remain on a five week cycle.
