Coming from the restaurant industry, I was impressed with the service that Karen provided. Hospitality sometimes seems like a lost art but she did a phenomenal job today. She is a brand ambassador. Clean, welcoming atmosphere. As soon as I walked in, Jason came over to greet me and look up my info. I came in with 8 months worth of hair that hadn't been cut at all and I just wanted to buzz it off. Jason gave me a recommendation for a simple, nice looking fade that came out great. He also gave me some good info about how to keep flakes and dry scalp away. The MVP treatment was awesome and is a great way for Sport Clips to stand out from other hair care establishments. After my haircut, Jason pointed out some good shampoo and conditioner for me to use at home - those have been working great. I will be back soon!
