The environment and service!
Sports Clips was able to take me immediately as a walk in client. I hadn’t been for some time and they even had my hair notes from my last visit at a now closed Sports Clips in 2017 (7 years ago!). I was tired with how quickly my current barber whips through my hair cut and needed someone to actually focus on what they were doing. Alex was wonderful and paid thoughtful attention to her work. I didn’t remember to ask for the VIP treatment through I wish is did. My only critique is if it was offered I would have purchased! Everything was great!
Gretchen was amazing. Easy to book the appointment and not have to wait in store before your appointment. Friendly and professional staff.

The mobile App is problematic. Trying to reset my password and I receive no reset link on my inbox or spam folder. I cannot add sign in online.
