Friendly service, stylists really listen to what you want, seems pretty general but in my experience other chains don't hold their employees to maintain the habit of reviewing closely with their client needs and expectations, in all my visits, different stylist each has paid close to detail to ehat changes I want to go with rather then jumping to what's on file and working without knowing all the details.

I recently went to the one in Danvers mass. I notice I useually get a buzz cut it looks like the price has gone up I paid 18$ for it I no I can get it cheaper at about 10 different barbar shops in the area I been a loyal customer since it open up

Destiny ( the assistant manager) was very personable. She also gave me the best haircut ever. She referred to it as "her art" and didn't want someone showing it off below her standards. It was great.

I like that you can just walk in and very rarely have to wait. If there is a wait, it is never very long. Services are great and reasonably priced.
