I was very impressed with the Sport Clips protocol following the re-opening of their store. I was at the Danvers store this week with my son. I felt safe, and comfortable. The store should be commended for the thought put into their re-opening schema.

Appreciate the fact that you're open and providing needed service during the pandemic.
Online check-in process was very easy and the wait was about 3 minutes, which surprised most of the people I talked to.

What do you like about our products and services?

Even during this time, the staff was very professional. There were strong social distancing programs in place, including that I had to remove of my towel and shawl to the bin.
