The products r fine but I've always had a problem with ur glass/mirror cleaner. It seems to streak. Also as a long haired dog owner with deep pile oriental rugs ur vacuum cleaners didn't have powerful enough pick up. I gave my ladies permission to use my vacuum cleaner.

We have only had the introductory cleaning but it was very easy to get started with the company, the owner and office manager are very responsive and pleasant, and the house cleaners did an excellent job without instruction.

The women come to work and they work. I've never seen them slothful. This is a friendly critique. 1. I would like for them to wipe down the shower stall marble in all the bathrooms so it doesn't look dull. 2.The mirrors,and I have a lot of them, always look smeary but I don't think it's their fault. I more or less attribute this to the solution they use rather than the effort they put in to the cleaning. 3. When they move furniture to clean or vacuum and curtains to wipe window sills to please put them back in place. The vacuuming is much better. Once again, I attribute this to the machine they were using. Sometimes I would have to go behind them and vacuum, especially in the kitchen. 4. Whatever solution they use on the hardwood floors is great. It leaves a wonderful sheen. Lastly,have you ever heard thr expression, "I can smell the clean", Well I don't. When I come back to the house, after they have cleaned and left, I want that clean, fresh smell to knock me out. But it doesn't.Once again, I think it's the solution they use.All in all, they do quite well and except for the above, I am satisfied with their work.I got a lot of compliments on how on how wonderful my home looked. I liked the products used very much. I espcially liked the solution used to polish the furniture. It had a great smell and gave the furniture a wonderful sheen. My only disappointment was the mirrors. They were cleaned but all of them had a streaky appearance.

Associates come on time, are polite and do a great job of cleaning. I trust them as they clean while I am not home.

What I like about the services, the personnel (ladies) are polite and efficient. I was informed of the products but do not remember the name - however the products seem to be environmentally safe - I have no complaints.
