I love the aqua stretch water class on Tuesdays & Thursdays. I have been going for quite a while. It is a great class if you are older & have arthritis like I do; the pool allows me to do movements/cardio in water safely that I cannot do in the gym or hard surfaces. It is a life saver for & a great group of men & women; it is a community really......

As a senior I enjoy the Stay Fit, Zumba and Zumba Gold classes just wish for more classes that seniors would be comfortable to participate.

I really enjoy the stay fit class and Zumba golf. The instructor has a lot of positive energy. I would like to see a step class added .

Saugus ymca is truly a family, the vibe is warm and friendly and the management, Amy L. and team are caring and responsive. Wonderful place to be healthy body (equipment, classes) & mind!

My kids love their gymnastics classes
Our son loves gymnastics at the Y! It's fun, fairly well organized, inclusive, and instructive. I think the coaches are fabulous and my son is learning both gymnastic skills and also better listening, lining up, waiting, etc. skills that translate also to his classroom and general life!
We love the center, and the coaches. We feel that they provide the right level of coaching, pushing the gymnasts in the right direction and we love that our daughter not only enjoys Gymnastics, but is improving on a regular basis.
The enrichment class my son takes at the saugust ymca has quickly become the highlight of his school week! They've ignited a passionate interest in him that I wasn't even aware he had🙌 highly recommend the drawing /illustration class!
My boys are in the gymnastics program and they love it.
We are in the 4-5 year old class. My daughter looks forward to it every week. She is still all over the place in class (somewhat age appropriate), your staff are so patient with her. She is allowed to do as much or as little as she is ready to do while still needing to be responsible and stay with the group. It is the first group activity where my daughter really looks forward to it. We have already signed her up for a summer session and plan to sign her up for spring.
Gymnastics is the best!
Facility is clean and equipment seems in excellent condition.
There is a lot of variety although I am surprised there isn't more yoga. But I will visit one of the other locations if necessary. I do like the Saturday morning Gentle Yoga. I am looking forward t0 trying other activities.
