How polite and well trained the staff is, everyone from the help desk the instructors are amazing!
1. You have plenty of sessions for each stage available. It is quite amazing to see because the Malden Y, the one we took swim classes previously, had very few sessions available. The registration started at 5:30 AM (!) and the sessions were all full within a minute (literally)! I hope you continue to maintain the level of staffing.
2. The instructors, not just Kam (my daughter's instructor), seemed to be very patient with the children. I can tell most of the children were having a lot of fun. The couple of children who did not were just fearful of water but the instructors were additionally patient with them. Given the instructors themselves are quite young, I admire them even more.
3. This is an observation - My daughter was in Stage 2 which took place in the small pool. I think there were 3 groups on-going simultaneously. When the children in different groups were asked to swim across the pool, the groups would cross path and bump into each other. It would be hard for anyone to be able to swim continuously across. I am wondering if there is possible to divide the pool into 3 portions/swim lanes.

I like how the kids are engaged. But you need to be more organized and take the all 40 min from the class sometimes to finish earlier and you take more time at the beginning to start. At the end they are not doing the 40 min class.

If its the same class over and over, instructors shouldn't have to repeat the same instructions on how to do the same exercises that have been taught since last May. Its the same people who come every week. it's the same exercises, the same people come to class after class
Stop with the extra talking, by instructors, people are getting tired of it

I’m currently doing private swim lessons. I want to take this opportunity to highlight my swim instructor, Chris! He is an awesome teacher, he’s very professional and gives clear instructions. I never thought I would have come this far with swimming and being comfortable in the pool. Thanks Chris!!
