I absolutely love the pool. The lifeguards are great especially the ones that play music. The pool is always perfect temperature and pretty clean. I wish they would clean the deck better Also the ladies locker room could be cleaner. I am sooo disappointed that the steam room is still not working. It has been quite awhile and we miss it!! I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the people that man the front desk. Always a smile and a nice greeting and always there to help

I like the New Lynn YMCA - Demakes because its location is convenient, clean, accessible parking lot. The trainers and teachers are very professional. It is a great space to be healthy and connect with others.

I enjoy water aerobics and enhanced fitness and both chair yoga and chair pilates and also the front desk staff very friendly. all in all a pleasant place to be a member
I recommend it for anyone a lot activities for the kids
!. I have my own routine involving 11 machines and the long track; but can report numerous positive comments from those participating in the organized activities.
2. The spaciousness of the exercise areas, the air conditioning, and the responsible wiping down of the equipment by almost all users enables me to feel safe from Covid.
3. The friendliness of staff and users from locker room to exercise area makes me feel very welcome at our Y.

Love the YMCA in Lynn! Friendly staff, great equipment and very clean. I love using the pool and workout equipment.
Lynn YMCA is great, but like most gyms, etiquette needs to be enforced. In particular, encouraging exercisers to share stations and not sit on machines reading their phone.

I cannot say enough about the intelligent design of the building. But my main focus is the pool which is fantastic. And the entire staff are exceptional.

I have made several friends there as well, the people who use that YMCA are friendly.
They offer a variety of fitness classes and have wonderful instructors and friendly staff.

What I like about the programs and activities at the YMCA is the fact that there is something for everyone and then some. So many quality choices. Chances are if the YMCA doesn't offer then nobody does.

I use the pool exclusively. Staff is always excellent, especially Drew and Dyasia. Locker rooks are always clean. Lifeguards are diligent.
My 7yo and I use the pool during open swim time on weekends nowadays. I really like the lifeguards and how they handle things. As an example, the small pool got a bit crowded this afternoon with a bunch of early teenagers - basically mentally still kids but with bodies that they lack good judgement to handle. I was trying to get my daughter to practice swimming straight across the pool. Someone, who were horse playing, bummed into her every time. There were also younger kids and even babies in the pool! The big kids kept jumping into the water without regards. One of those kids nearly jumped onto my head. After that close call, one of the lifeguards offered to let us use the water exercise lane in the big pool. I really appreciate the attention she paid us and the flexibility.
