I like that the staff, in the case of my son who is learning basketball, the coaches, listen when we, parents, talk to them. They show empathy to the kids, they try to solve an issue with a proactive approach. Even when talking to them, they do so with kindness. My son who sometimes had difficulty to social interacts or play with other, is now anticipating the days where he can go play basketball.

All of your employees that I have met are so kind and helpful with all of my needs as a new member. Clean great pool……maybe water could be a bit warmer……..Hope to see a sandwich or coffee shop open soon

The morning pickleball program is great! My husband plays, and I do other exercises while my shoulder replacement further heals until I can get back to pickleball myself. The people (both staff and members) are friendly and cordial. Demakes is a great place!!
Ninja open pool
Friendly staff and members, clean dressing rooms, sauna AND steam room, pool not crowded and the pool temp comfortable and so is the air temp. Haven’t taken any classes but look forward to trying some.

love all the group activites. just enough to keep my senior body in shape. I've made lots of new friends as well, which is also key to healthy aging!

I don't attend programs, I go there to swim laps and use the upstairs gym and socialize with friends there.
The selection of classes. And flexible schedules.
I like that the activities are modified for age or groups. Also the instructors have great knowledge of their craft, are kind and supportive. The facility is always spotless and best of all the ladies rooms are kept clean all the time.

A family oriented gym. staff, friendly and helpful. They have so many activities for kids group exercises love the swimming pool love how it’s always kept clean.
I highly recommend this ymca to anyone who has kids.
One stop shop. Basketball, workout equipment, fitness classes. Great place for kids and adults.
The Y is one of my favorite places. The gym is so well equipped and maintained beautifully. The staff is great…helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable.

I very much like that the personal training staff do quick checks to ensure that as a new member I am doing well, using the equipment properly and don't have any questions.
I've also enjoyed the input from other members if I'm having an issue with how some of the equipment works.
The facility is clean and kept that way by both staff and the users.
The instructors are fabulous! The staff are friendly, attentive and very helpful.
I am a 62 years old woman. I primarily use the treadmill, bikes, rowing machine and free weights. Love the lynn Y, it's always so very clean and the workers are so nice! This has been life changing for me. I retired almost two years ago, joined the Y about a year and a half ago and with the help of the Y machines, I have lost 38 lbs and have kept it off and i'm at my preferred weight. The YMCA is always there for me! Love it!!
