Heard about CBA from a friend, I was looking for an alternative to the dealer service experience. Easy on-line appointment process and the rest of the experience was also positive. Met Adam who was friendly and professional from beginning to end. The service was done right and on time. Already scheduled my next appointment.
I made appointment. Arrived early. Took my dog for her walk, came back to Christian Bros, the oil was changed every thing was checked over & I was out of there in record time! It is a great, professionally run shop.
LOVE the N. Scottsdale (Williams Dr.) team!
Way superior to dealership antics while getting a personal/trusted and consistent customer centric experience. From the moment I call to the always engaging/helpful Courtesy Shuttle. "The Journey" compliments the detailed work (with pictures) and notations re: pending/suggested work too. Guess that explains my default to 'team'...as the experience is always engaging (which helps reduce repair angst!).
I've overseen Chevy/Ford fleet vehicles at work, personal $ vehicles for my Principal/family members (argh, Penske + Mercedes visits)... and CB is far superior in every facet.
It's no wonder that the Discount Tire location (next to their HQ) actually made the referral for an alignment years ago that lead to my patronage. Those guys NEVER recommend anyone.. LOL!
Most Drivers simply default to the dealership - especially for routine work (oil changes/seasonal maintenance/etc) not realizing secondary shops will NOT void their warranty (despite BS told at POS/point of sale LOL).. and often less expensive and way more customer friendly (higher 'Intent to Return'). Need a targeted campaign noting such to the masses.
Suggestions! ->> Introduce occasional classes for New to veteran Drivers re: car maintenance (including seasonal concerns... ie: noting smells/unusual puddles/etc) to -> vehicle suggestions for first time purchasers (Teens/College Grads/etc) aka: wise vehicles with high reliability/low operating + maintenance costs (from extensive CB experiences). Thinking some after hours fun/small group classes (30-60min), informal (using the comfy couches) then in the garage area both under the hood but also under the car (on a lift). I think this type of Community Outreach would further increase patronage and attract NEW customers too.
Then bridge into some S.T.E.M. school bus visits... appropriate for the age, from grade school to HS (could get into friction/heat from under-inflated tires to braking distances/etc). CB branded die-cast vehicles along with printed info/branded bag would be a nice take home and surely increase community exposure/approachability!
I'm semi-retired N. Phoenix resident (retired Police/then 20yrs+ Private Sector for a prominent Forbes 400 Scottsdale resident). Would seriously love to assist with above suggestions as I default to finding niches and building legacy customers.
Sincerely,

Staff is top notch. Waiting area is super clean. The garage is also clean which leads me to believe my car, no matter the make or model, is cared for respectfully. I have a group of lady friends, when one of them reached out to ask where to take her car for an oil change, Christian Bros was the most recommended!!!
My experience was great. They were very communicative, very organized, facility was really clean and they did exactly what they told me they would. I'd recommend to anyone.
I appreciate the personal attention I received from Adam G concerning the needs of my low-mileage vehicle. He took the time to review the complementary inspection with me and gave me a clear and concise estimate of the cost-to-repair both those items needing immediate repair and those that would be needed soon.
The experience felt a lot like the experience at an up-scale car dealership's repair shop. I especially appreciate having someone like Adam G that I can rely on in the future as my Personal Service Advisor, who knows my car inside and out and what it needs at any point in time.
I spoke to Taylor. I needed my A/C system checked. Taylor said some work needs to be done. On my 2007 Camry LE. Some parts are under warranty. Please get back with me. My cell phone number: [PHONE NUMBER REMOVED].
The staff is always friendly, patient and makes every effort to get your service done as quickly as possible. The work is done right the first time. The warranty is also a mark of a trustworthy company. There is also no up selling for unnecessary service. Getting a ride when I need it is an enormous help. Because of the whole experience I often refer friends.
Adam was amazing! He treated us like family after my son and I had just purchased a used vehicle that, unknown to us, had significant issues. Since we know nothing about cars, he spent extra time helping us make a sound decision and get our vehicle back to a reliable state. We also put together a plan for future maintenance. I trust him and Christian Brothers and this is a huge compliment since I have had bad experiences with mechanics and dealers in the past.
