Christian Brothers always stays true to their reservation times. A 9:00am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation with the included full safety inspection is roughly a 1 hour wait and they offer free ride home if you cant wait for the repairs to be done. The text messages from the technician is also a nice feature as well so you know where they are with their service process. Comfortable waiting area, friendly people to work with and fair pricing. This is just a nice change from the typical dealer experience where you seem to just be another number.

David, at my local Christian Brothers location, was absolutely fantastic through the process of inspection and repairs with my wife’s vehicle. David was extremely thorough with his communication and clarity to me with the scope of work I requested, and the scope of work they offered after a full Inspection of our vehicle. We received a very detailed inspection report, with thorough explanation of each Proposed repair or maintenance. The process was Easy to follow, the service was extraordinary, and all performed in an extremely timely manner. Certainly has customers for life with us.

The work was done in a reasonable amount if time, The prices for maintenance and repairs were competitive and matched the estimate that I was given.

I like everything about CBA. It’s easy to schedule appointments online, everyone is nice and professional in the facility, and they explain what their recommendations are and why. And there’s no high pressure selling.

Was very pleased with CBA. I had a check engine light that a previous shop had failed to correctly diagnose and permanently fixed. The provided a thorough, complete examination of the car and described the repairs that were needed. Very professional, solid work and, very importantly, good communication and prompt.

When I experienced an issue after I got home they were very gracious and inspected my car the very next morning to ensure there was nothing wrong.
