There was one one stretch of time where Jeff was out and I dealt with Matt on a somewhat large order. We agreed on a timeline and all the art was approved. When it came to the day to pickup about 30% of the job was done. Matt was trying to cover all the ongoing on jobs and even though he stayed late on that day to attempt to finish stuff we didn't get much closer.
I want to be clear that Matt tried very hard, and was always nice, but ultimately dropped the ball on delivering, I think he just way overestimated what he could get done with the workload. I haven't had a problem since on jobs working with Jeff or Lisa.
