(PS. The only frustration is that your emails kept ending up in my gmail spam folder - even though I thought I added you as a contact. While I know that what gmail does is beyond your control, I bet if you changed the name of your email account from "StoreOwner" to a dept or someone's name, this might eliminate a lot of problem). cheers, :)
