I had a house inspection scheduled for 12:30 so I had scheduled my appointment with Bug Master for between 4 and 6 so it wouldn't conflict. He called at around 11 and left a message. Said he had to cancel a flee treatment due to rain and was available and could he come by early. I called him back and I told him "no" because of the inspection, and he proceeded to tell my he wouldn't spray in the same rooms that the inspector was in.I told him no I didn't want him doing it at the same time. He wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule for another time?(I guess I was his last job for the day and he didn't want to wait until 4 to be done) I ended up rescheduling to the next morning at 9. At which time he was supposed to call when he was on his way over. He never called (oops forgot), just a knock on my front door at 8:30. Then his machine in the truck wasn't working and he had to spray the outside with a backpack sprayer. I'm not sure how good a job he was able to do with that. Seemed more like a spot spraying or just around the edges. I have some fire ant mounds and he doused a few of those but didn't treat the whole yard and now I have ant hills popping up in other areas. All in all I don't think I got a professional service. I think I could have done my own house and yard for a whole lot less!!

You have been out twice and I have seen no reduction in fire ants. I keep having to put out fire ant treatments myself. There seems to have been some reduction in spiders but not what I would expect.

We've been approached by many exterminating companies that want to service our home, but we continue to be loyal to BugMaster because there's no margin of error when it comes to my family's safety.
