I know that this club cleans and sanitized all the time so I know it’s clean.

What makes you feel comfortable returning?

I am sorely disappointed in that you have continued to take out monthly fees for my wife and I, even though the club has been closed. I emailed you about it and you said that you would stop, However, you did it again. I'd like my fees for the months closed returned to me .

What makes you feel comfortable returning?

I submitted before but forgot something that could be a problem. If there is going to be social distancing on the treadmills then please be sure that they available treadmills have heart rate monitors that work and the tv screens also work There are several machines that have heart rate monitors that don't work and the tv screens on some either don't work or they are not working properly.

What makes you feel comfortable returning?

The members at this location have always been great at wiping off the equipment with the provided paper towels and disinfectant. I also don't have to deal with crowds since I go in the afternoon. I am considering changing health clubs if they don't open on the first day that the government allows. Youfit has had plenty of time to get things ready and come up with a plan.

What makes you feel comfortable returning?

We belive that gyms are one of the cleanest places compared to other places such as hospitals, stores, etc. Because of the simple fact that gyms have their cleaning crews do a detailed cleaning at least once a day and at every workout station members clean before and after using the machine. Most members where gloves and also use hand sanitizer after workouts. PLEASE REOPEN WITHOUT TO MANY RESTRICTIONS!!
