they are on time and the work they perform is effective
You can't make things right! I specifically informed you that the exterminator was not to come to my house to spray without first informing me. I gave you a phone # to call if extermination was to take place. 3 times the extermitator came to my home without first informing me. A bill was left - no one was home to allow internal spraying. This was a poor example on customer service. Thanks, Name removed

Joey, our technician, is very professional and thorough, but also very friendly and willing to go the extra mile of take care of our home.
The technicians are very friendly, listen to the issue and provide clear explanation as to how they are going to help resolve the problem.
After seeing one cockroach too many, I called BugMaster and that same day they made it to my house to spray -- and I haven't seen a live bug since. Could not be happier about how quickly they came by, and how effective the treatment was. Plus, the technician was super friendly, very professional, and very courteous. It was a great experience all around.
Prompt, courteous, efficent
The bug technician needs to make sure that they come out with ALL their equipment such as the bug plates (not sure what the technical name is). Our technician did not have any and so our plates that are currently full of insects cannot catch any more insects and we might have a snake try to get into the garage and then it will become a disaster, because we will have to call you at short notice to do something ... do you get the drift now? If someone can come by to replace the plates, that would be wonderful.
May I add that our technician is courteous and professional.
You are there when you say you will be there. Techs are professional and through. I have not had insect problem since using your services.

I almost don't think you can after what I witnessed today in my restaurant. It was disgusting from how many roaches there are inside. The rodent control was also a disaster .
Two shrubs on either side of my front porch suddenly dropped most of their leaves the day after you were last here. None of the plants near them were effected. I'm not aware of any other factors that could have caused this. You have failed to respond to my request regarding any knowledge that the pesticide you used is potentially harmful to these kinds of plants. Responding to my inquiry would be a good start.
When I'm home it takes the bug guy 30-45 minutes to do the
entire inside and outside Of our house and yard, but when I left last time and came
Back, it was less than 20 minutes. Questionable
Not quite sure, the technician, Kyle I believe was very pleasant. I realize this was our first treatment, but I still see ants in and around the yard. Maybe they just haven't taken the bait yet.
Customer service was very good
I had called because of a squirrel problem in the attic and the tech kept putting down baited rat traps. It was until after the 3rd trip that he set traps for squirrels. And finally we got results. It was frustrating to know what was in the attic and the tech ingnoring the homeowner. I would only recommend bug master for bugs not for any other issue. Everyone was polite, but results were not happening.
The gentleman that came out to give the estimate was extremely professional and was very knowledgable. I really appreciate how good he was about following up with me as well.

The Bug Master used to send a mail notification 2 weeks prior to my scheduled treatment. They no longer mail notification and now cannot even get a 24 hour notice by email. I own a duplex and need advanced notification to schedule the time with the tenant next door. I would appreciate a 2 week notice by email prior to my scheduled appointment.
easy & effective
No prior contact before coming out to the house I need to know when you're coming so I can open my garage and have that sprayed also I've been having all kinds of snakes and bugs coming in my garage because you came when I was not here and not aware that you were coming and very dissatisfied with this months visit thank you

Employees are very curteous. I do not like the email notification for service date. I much prefer the post card. I have missed several appointment times.
What I like best is the caring interest our technician Joey has with how effective our treatments are. He is very pleasant, knowledgeable and respectful. He is the primary reason for our continued patronage of the Bug Master.
