Your services have not disappointed us. James does a good job. We do not like the new, all electronic format, though. Also, your scheduling messages always ask us to reserve a 4-hour window for Bug Master. We would never do that, & your "live" scheduler always agrees to a 1- or 2-hour window.
I love bug master service. I've been using them for over 9 years for quarterly service. They never disappoint me, even if I feel I need to retreat before my next service scheduled time, they retreat my property with a great service and friendly staff that accommodates my schedule without delay. I highly recommend their service highly. One last thing that is very impressive... They have honored my contract without going up on my service price all these years. Thank you Bug Master!
The spraying done outside was not very well done. Three days later I found a Wasp's nest on the chair of my deck. Yesterday I found the source of the wasp problem . The deck to my house, is 4-5feet high. I stumbled into a large colony of wasps/bees as I was attempting to get my wheel barrel out from under the deck, :( I have had a very efficient Bug Master Rep. named Javier who not only takes care of a problem, but he also gets to the root of the problem so that I not have a bad experience AGAIN. WHATEVER THRIVES UNDER THE DECK WILL EVENTUALLY MAKE IT'S WAY TO THE TOP OF THE DECK. I also found a couple of roaches in my front porch,,,,alive and well!
This past Monday,Jesse did come to get rid of the wasp nest that was on a chair in the deck. But as I mentioned before, on Saturday I found the root of the problem. I hire a company to control any pests around my house,but it seems as if I still need to follow-up with what the service person neglects to take care of.

Rod Howard has been a joy to work with. As a Communtiy Manager, it's realy hard to find someone willing to get a bid for work or treat an emergency situation with a quick turnaround.he delivers and has been great.. will be calling him again.

The company had to be called back to extract the bee hive from the trailer. This instructions was on the contact. When I emailed customer service with a photo (this was a third time) that my bee issue was not taken care of they responded that I had a basic insect treatment. Makes me believe that no one looked at my contract before responding. The bee issue has been taken care of by another company.
The technician was excellent; friendly, on time, very nice. Service is excellent, honest, and professional. I would recommend Bugmaster to anyone!

starters the person that came out was not interested in seeing what type of bugs I have in my walls. kept asking me what kind of bugs. well I do not know never see them. only the saw dust from the walls.
he did not spray back yard or along the fence . said they don't do attics on first visit. I did speak with Clint and he took care of that and came out and did the attic. tech said he was to spray ant bed. well I have no ant bed. he needed to check yard for all this. also he did not spray under cabinets just outside one side of kitchen floor not sure what he did in bathrooms I did not go in there with him
what I been doing to kill bigs in yard and walks is better than what he did. he did spray front yard some
first time to use any bug business and probably won't use another.
I know if I told Clint he probably would make it good but I didn't want to bother him.
The initial meeting and final performance to servicing my needs / requirements was accomplished in a professional manner.

Very customer oriented. For example when I continually forget to leave my gate unlocked for the tech - they are very understanding and will call to see if I can get there or I just reschedule. And everyone is very helpful.
Arrive in the time window you gave me (not 5 min after). I had a hard time getting my address and contact info updated with y'all as well (that is worked out now however).
Prompt service-Richard came out to the house the same day I called. He explained the services in detail after conducting the inspection. Mike came to the house twice and was also very prompt. He performed the services, including a nice job repairing the soffit from the wildlife damage. Both Mike and Richard were very personable and professional. I would definitely use Bug Master again.
