It's nice to have continued quality service with the same tech that knows our home.
You need to be consistent on your job appointment. You call us saying that you are coming for service but you didn't show up. Also, you didn't call us back to let us know to reschedule either. We had to call you instead. It had happened many time already and you guys use the same excuses every time. I may have to look some where else for professional work and scheduling. We had stayed with Bug Master because you had a good technician. Since he's no longer with Bug Master, I am now feeling uncomfortable don't know if the replacement tech is able to do the same professional work or not. We had a bad experience before with a different tech in the past. Instead of getting rid of roaches he added more roaches to our establishment. Thanks to Scott, Scott came in and clean it all up and no more roaches in sight. Sorry to hear that he left but we need his expertise and experience.

I like the way the appointment is made and the time that is scheduled. The service Representative is never late, always friendly, gets the job done without delays, and is all done in a professional manner.
Your guys come and treat whatever needs to be treated on the days they're scheduled to come and on the days I call with a new problem. Randy came to my house on the day I called when I thought we might have termites. He assured me that the evidence pointed to carpenter ants and the house was treated the next day. I know I can count on Bugmaster.

I like Jesse, the technician who is assigned to us. He knows our house and I feel very comfortable with his presence in our home. He is always courteous and respectful and our little dog loves him. To be truthful, though, the $424, our yearly fee for your service, seems a bit high, and when I tell friends, they also comment that it is too high. I may have to reconsider using Bugmaster sometime in the next year. Thank you for seeking our opinion about your services. Name removed

I appreciate the fact that you dealt with my bug problem quickly. You also followed up when I called back to report that the carpenter ants reappeared. An alternative treatment was applied that appears to have eradicated them.

We had yard serviced on Thursday that night a huge rain storm went through our area. Friday once I got home I noticed the flys had gotten worse. We were having our daughters graduation party Saturday that was the whole reason of having yard serviced for flies. I called spoke to rep. Told her about the storm, flies and the huge party we were having. I was hoping to get yard resprayed she took my contact information said she would contact her supervisor and I would promptly get a call back letting me know what they would do. Still waiting on a call 3 weeks later.
