I did not receive email notification of a scheduled bi-monthly pest control. Almost missed the technician's appointment, but drove up just in time. Technician has always provided excellent service and is trust worthy. Thanks for asking.

Brandon is amazing. He has taken the time to get to know me and is aware of the bugs that really freak me out! He is professional, courteous, on time and I can't imagine having any other tech but him. We have already referred bug master and Brandon to our friends the Crusco's and they are happy customers as well.

Mostly get the same person (John) each time; and he is friendly and thorough. When there is a problem, we always get a prompt response to our calls.
I called to see if they provided service to one of our neighbors. The rep. assured me that the also serviced our neighbors address. But after a few days I realized that it was another company and I was upset that they had lied to me about this and I quickly cancelled service.

More communication when an estimated appt time changes significantly.
I had a fire ant treatment for $125. However my 2 year old was bit all over his leg after a week of application. I understand the ants live underground, but I would appreciate a retreat.
