In my almost 2 and a half decades of real estate practice, I've always found C & D inspectors -- universally -- to be professional, timely, courteous to my clients, and focussed on the task at hand. What I want out of a home inspection is the person(s) conducting same to simply tell it like it is, be solutions oriented of course, but to inform my clients of the state of things and their options regardless of whom is ordering the inspection. Primarily for that reason I have always found C & D wholly recommendable.
