Milo was fantastic! As first time home buyers we're pretty unfamiliar with things but Milo encouraged us to come around, and would explain everything we'd need to know about things he was showing us. He was very thorough, kind and knowledgeable. We left feeling great about our purchase and the next steps.
The report is also fantastic, helps outline everything that was shown to us, explained the next steps and rough estimates for costs.
