Thorough, available quickly and better yetthe reports are prompt; knowledgable and able to explain various things to the layman allong with a willingness to answer any questions as well as be avaialable to the customer after the inspection is complete and the report has been received. The up-dated appliance recall emails are also valuable.

We were very impressed with Lee David Reich and the service he provided. Mr. Reich was pleasant, and made the whole experience enjoyable with no stress He explained everything in detail and was able to answer even the smallest of concerns. He was punctual, arriving earlier than our agent and patiently waited. We were pleasantly surprised to receive the Home Reference Book. I have already mentioned to our agents how wonderful Mr. Reich is and that we will hopefully have an opportunity to recommend your services.
