I am a first time home buyer and I really appreciated that Shelia took the time to walk me around the house and explain a number of the basic functions around the house and gave tips for upkeep. I've often found individuals in the industry seem to take for granted a basic level of knowledge. I'm a smart enough person to understand what's going on, I just need someone to take the time to explain it from base principles. Shelia did that in a very personable and respectful manner. We got the inspection as a prelude to a bidding situation and did not end up with the house. I will request Shelia for our next home inspection if and when it is necessary.
