I received great service in your Avon Store, and the staff was extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. I did feel things were a little on the pricy side, but my experience was very nice. I especially loved how you were able to bill my company so that I did not have any out of the pocket expenses. This allowed me to come in try on my size/ style on my own time, but have my company provide payment.

The lady who helped us was super nice, and the design process was hassle free. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends and family!

There are many designs to choose from and the service was great.

They were able to replicate Disneytrip tees for my Mom and Dad at the last minute for Christmas! The company I ordered from shipped them to the wrong state and I called and asked if they could help...they were ready in less than 24 hrs during the busiest season of the year! The manager was easy to work with! I will be using them again! Thanks BIG FROG for rescuing us!

We loved the expert help with selecting fonts and design. Using the computer and creating several sizes of text so that we could actually see the words on a t-shirt made all the difference in the world. We never felt rushed or that our questions were a bother -- only the very best of service and care.
We also loved the final result; it was everything that we imagined.

I had a great experience with Kelly, at the Big Frog store in Suwanee. She was professional and personable. However, my experience with Morgan and Jeff, from the Big Frog store in Snellville, was not as pleasurable. However, had I not had that experience with them, I would not have met Kelly, who was very accommodating and helpful as well. Thank you!
