The online portal system was awesome. Despite the store being extremely busy (3 hour wait!) I was able to check in online beforehand and show up some time later with no problem being imediately seated.
In addition to this, the lady who cut my hair, Amber, was fantastic! She did a great job, recommended me a hair washing product for my dry scalp issue which I purchased and enrolled me in a punch card system I had never been told of by another associate despite being a sport clips customer for the last 4-5 years!

Rashunda is extremely detail oriented and always makes the boys feel they are in charge of their haircut, they would rather grow their hair out or miss haircut then get it cut by anyone else. She speaks to them in a manner that truly makes them feel like VIPs

I like putting my name on the wait list and seeing how many are ahead of me. I always get a good cut and I like getting a wash afterwards. A hot towel on the face tops it off for a great experience.
I’ve been to five different Sports Clips over the past few years in four different states, and the treatment I received at the Columbus, Georgia store was the best of them all. My twelve-year-old son echoed that as soon as we walked out. Perfect MVP experience! Well worth the drive across town and time spent on the waitlist!

Getting haircuts there is hit and miss. I've gotten some good haircuts and I've gotten some really bad ones. Laura Day is EXCELLENT. She really does a great job with men's hair and beards. My son has a problem with 2 or 3 cow licks and she has never failed giving him a quality haircut. I can't speak highly enough of her.
