We were greeted right away. My grandkids loved the hot towels and delightful treatment. I wasn't crazy about your website registration. Found it a bit difficult to navigate, especially since I didn't want to provide all the information about myself that was requested.

I like that the app lets you know how much time you have before you are up and the board in the business is an asset when waiting as you do not have to keep an eye on your phone.
