Nicole was great. Listened and delivered the exact haircut I asked for along with a MVP treatment. Check In was convenient and smooth using the app. I purchased some Teatree shampoo to replace a bottle that was running low, really like the scent the way it cleans my hair. Overall, a great experience, I'll be back.
