Friendly and skilled staff, fun atmosphere.
The manager did not honor the check in system. I had gone online and gone through the check in process. I was sent a text and told my stylist would be ready in 15 in minutes and to head to the shop. So my grandson and I headed that way and arrived in 10 minutes. When I arrived our wait time was now 25-35 minutes. So I asked the manager Christina (whom I selected for the cut) and she stated well I took this person instead and you will have to wait or take first available. This is not the process and she was rude! I also watched her do this again to another customer.
I will add that the lady that did do my grandson's haircut was very friendly and professional and did a great job~!

I like my monthly haircut with Marlen. However, I don’t like your reservation system - unless I haven’t yet figured it out, it seems like I have to wait until “the day” to get an appointment. I like to be able to set up “next Tuesday at 12:00” for example and not wait until Tuesday morning.
Angela is the best!! She is always very professional and very good at her job. I follow her from Douglasville all the way to Hiram thanks Angela
