That it's comfortable without being fussy. Easy to hop in whenever and the staff has some real gems among them.

Went there a couple of weeks ago and got a great haircut! Shavon you did an awesome job!! Only reason I’m so late writing this review is I didn’t see the store number on the bottom of my receipt until today (haha) I recommend everybody go to sports clips at this location, the staff is always friendly and hard working! 10/10

I really enjoy using the Sports Clips app—check‑in is simple and intuitive, which makes the whole experience smoother. One improvement I’d suggest is extending the check‑in window. My check‑in timed out while I was driving about 20 minutes from home to the store, so a longer grace period would make it even more convenient.
As for the service itself, I love the MVP experience. The hot towel is fantastic, and the face and head massage really set Sports Clips apart—it’s consistently relaxing and well done.

The services are personalized. The keep notes on how you like your hair cut. And all the staff is very nice.
