I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new haircut spot. I visited the Hiram store one day and Amy was my stylist. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what I was looking for in a cut; now I exclusively visit this location to meet with her. She is a huge asset to this location and the company overall--we need more people like Amy in this world to be so kind and amazing at their job.

She’s incredibly skilled, and I know I can trust her to give me the perfect haircut every time. Her service is always timely and efficient, and I never feel rushed. I honestly wouldn’t go to anyone else besides Amy—she truly provides 10/10 service every single time! Highly recommend!

The stylist Amy is the reason I come back. I am a guy who does not know exactly what I want. Amy is not only patient, but very insighful. This combined with skill, I always leave looking and feeling better than I anticipated. I normally do not bother with surveys, but in this case, Amy is the exception.
I had Amy today and have had her a couple times before. She did an awesome job and gave me exactly what I was wanting. I was wanting to try something different from my usual and she talked me through it and helped visualize what it look like before doing it. She was super friendly and easy to talk to.

Giving Nicole a 10/10 as she was super helpful in fixing my son's haircut. She is very sweet, a good listener, and I really appreciate the time she took in correcting the previous stylist's mistakes.
On Tuesday of this week, the 4th, I came in with my 3 year old son to get his haircut. Typically the manager, Hope, cuts his hair, and she does a great job, but she wasn't there that day. I needed to get his hair cut since it was really grown out and his birthday was the next day. I explained to the stylist, Qualiti, that this was an important haircut, since it was for his birthday tomorrow. But she was unfortunately not a very good listener. When I tried to explain how important this haircut was, she interrupted me and said, “Honey, I’m an artist.” When I asked her if we could please go slowly, since she can always take more hair off, but can’t put it back, she said, “Let’s just get this done.” I continually tried to explain what I wanted, and she continually asked me to go sit down, which I found really rude. So she very quickly cut his hair the way she wanted to, and she liked it. (I honestly don’t understand when a stylist cuts the hair the way THEY want to, when it’s not their hair.) However, I left upset because his hair is too short, which makes him look much older, and it was stuck that way for his 4th birthday. In addition it was cut very unevenly and looked terrible. To her she’s just trying to check off the next person, but we were getting an important haircut for a big day. Very frustrating and upsetting! It was an awful experience.
Abbey was great, gave me an awesome cut and you cant beat the MVP as a dude who needs to get cleaned up on a budget.
