I have been a long time customer due to Tracy! She is very welcoming, and never intrudes with her conversation while providing me an excellent taper for my overachieving hook head! I am glad she is the manager and is recognized for her commitment and talent! I hope there is no ceiling for her, and she continues to perform above expectations knowing she will be compensated for her service!

Friendly staff!

I brought in my 10 year old who is Autistic and usually has a lot of sensory issues with getting his hair cut, and a typical mall shop haircut experience usually pushes his limits on how long he can keep it together before his sensory issues are too much. Our experience with y'all was SO MUCH BETTER than the usual! The nice lady who did his cut was fast, efficient, super patient and friendly, and had his hair looking so nice in no time. We'll definitely be back.

Service is great, triple play with scalp massage, shampoo and hot towel is worth the price of admission! My stylist, LaDonna Glasson at the Gateway location in Fairfield, CA is awesome. She understands how I like my hair cut and styled, and as she herself says "she has my back"
