Depending on the Day of the Week, Waiting Time has reduced significantly! Just a few months ago, depending on the Day, one couldn’t even reserve a haircut time on the same day! I realize staffing was an issue, but Jill and McKenna, as the Supervisor/Asst, respectively, are doing a fine job hiring and assigning stylists at the appropriate times of the Day/Week to minimize waiting times. Both of these Stylist ALWAYS provide me an excellent haircut! My only issue is the Smart Phone App not recognizing me for a Check-In on my most recent visit. From Home, I chose my preferred Stylist, a 60 minute wait, which I expected and accepted (My hair looks GREAT when She’s done, but won’t give you her name (I want to ensure I’m not waiting any longer than necessary! 😊). Once I did arrive in less than the hour however, the App had not put me on the waiting list on their “Scoreboard! 🤬 Fortunately, She was able to take me, but again, another 45 minute wait in the Shop until starting my Haircut. Again…, the Haircut was OUTSTANDING! Consider the MVP when time and a little extra fee allows! FINALLY, Tip them well when You LOVE your Haircut! You’ll be glad You did. 👍
