Great asana, fun community. Variety of offerings from more explicitly energetic or spiritual to up beat yoga workouts. like how the teachers hang for a bit and talk, just share time together.

I arrived a couple minutes late bc I got lost, but the person at the front desk was very kind about it, and told me where to put my belongings before entering the class. The experience with the instructor was great as well. She made it clear that the poses were suggestions, but that we could feel free to modify them to fit our bodies needs. I really appreciated this bc, being that I have chronic pain, I am not able to do all of the poses like everyone else. But since she said that, I did not feel awkward or uncomfortable doing something slightly different.

The heat of the room and the atmosphere were also very comforting, and made me feel right at home. The whole class was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience for me.

I liked the many courses that were offered, the friendly staff and convenient location.

Kind and friendly staff

Meg the manager was great! Friendly and made me feel so welcome as a first timer to the studio. Outdoor patio out back is so pretty to cool off. All sorts of different styles of yoga instructors. Try them all and see which you vibe with. It’s a great small neighbourhood yoga studio.
