We have the best coaches and staff working with us and helping us every week. Our swim instructor Jenna is the best! Building confidence in my kids and being so patient with them as well as pushing them to do challenging things. Cat is amazing on swim team as well as Liz as a swim team coach and front desk person. My kids love going to swim!

Friendly staff and serious about teaching the kids the importance of water safety
Everyone at the Coram Saf T Swim is very nice, especially Zack, Victoria, and Joan. Joan managed to teach my special needs son (who had no experience swimming whatsoever) how to hold his breath under water and also swim on his back all in just one lesson. Victoria is also awesome. She is my older son's instructor and has successfully helped him get over his fear of the water to where he wants to continue taking lessons and see how good of a swimmer he can become.
The facility is always very neat and clean as well. I'm so glad we started going to this Saf T Swim for my boys.
The customer service provided is outstanding. The changing area and lobby is clean. The pool is heated and always crystal clear. Definitely recommend to any family looking for swim lessons!
Comfortable environment with friendly staff. My 8 month old seemed to enjoy his first experience. For us parents, we also enjoyed it because he took a long nap after swimming.
The staff and facility are great, the only thing I'd suggest is some form of "occupied/Vacant" system for the changing rooms, but that might be impossible.

My 2 year old son has been swimming with Jenna for 3 months and the confidence he’s gained is amazing. He used to be really afraid in the water and now he is floating and getting the wall all on his own! I couldn’t be more proud of him or more grateful for Jenna!

Zack and Kim are fantastic as are Joan and Sam the instructors. It is clear however (not through any complaint or indication from them) that there is limited to no outside/corporate management support. The retaining of employees is horrendous. It’s quite surprising you still have them (probably because they don’t see their worth yet and when they do you’ll lose them too). They’re the reason we go there, hopefully the increase in the already insane prices are going to their salaries.
My kids take lessons most in the colder months, the staff here are always friendly and extremely kind!! Keep up the amazing work Bellmore location.

Every instructor is great with their students! My kids absolutely loveeee Miss. Kylie!! They started out not wanting to even get in the water for lessons and Kylie has totally changed that!

Nice environment
A great place to swim! The facility is clean, spacious, and well lit. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The instructors have been wonderful! We love Janae; she is a great swim instructor. She strikes a great balance between being playful and directive. A few substitute instructors who have been great as well are Sanai, Anishika, Gemma and Ava A.
