The regular staff that we interact with at West Midtown Dogtopia clearly care about the pups and get to know them quite well. They're accommodating and patient. i would like to see some upgrade on the environs, particularly to open more outdoor space opportunity.

We loved the report cards! We also looooved that the dogs didn’t come home smelling horribly (like they did from our previous daycare.) Y’all kept the floors cleaned great! We also loved that there were so many dogs and yet the workers were attentive to all situations. We will be making this our spot!

My fur baby and I absolutely love Dogtopia West Midtown and the staff here!! The entire team is awesome and very caring. Great improvement from previous staff and they are the reason my dog still stand here. They always are happy, helpful and I truly feel like they care about my dog and I. I feel confident and comfortable leaving my pup here. My dog is happy to come here and always leaves happy as well. I love the app and cameras so I can watch my pup throughout the day. They also have fun themed activity days which I love. Prior to coming here I did extensive research and tested out several places. The playrooms are separated by dog size which any small dog owner knows is important and safer. Hands down I highly recommend this place!
