There are many varieties of classes, equipment and instructors to cover everyone's need. SBM selected high quality of instructor who are very knowledgeable in what they're doing. I feel much stronger and healthier than ever since I started joined SBM at our company. When I got injuries like frozen shoulder or sprained ankle, I selected lighter classes that actually helped me stretch and recovered faster than expected without wasting my time going to physical therapy off site.
