For 13 years I loved the water aerobics class and benefitted greatly from it, both physically and mentally. Not all instructors are equal of course, and we had good ones and not so good ones along those years. Unfortunately for me, the last instructor I had was good at the job but extremely nasty to me. I quit coming last August and I do miss it, but won't return because of the instructor. And now I have moved and there are water aerobics where I now live so I can continuie my exercise program here.
Well organized. Instructors are kind, encouraging and knowledgeable! Motivate children to do there best.
I like the variety of the classes and the instructors & staff are so warm and personable. The class times also work well with my schedule. It's like a family at Ragsdale and I miss it when I go away on vacation or visit family. I can't wait to get right back into it when I get home!

Programs designed for seniors and line dancing are very enjoyable and well attended.
I enjoy group exercise at 9 am.
Knowledgeable, friendly staff leading the various activities. Plus you have a good variety of classes and times to choose from.
Nice indoor track and state of the art equipment. Classes for many different interests.

Justine is absolutely amazing. She's an amazing director and a great instructor. My son was the younger one of his group and she was able to handle him and the rest of the group with grace and patience.

We love your facility! There is a great variety of activities and the staff is friendly. The place is clean and has a positive atmosphere.

I love the group exercise classes. Kim P and Jen K are awesome, in particular. The fitness center is great - the upgrades treadmills in particular make me happy.
I have a couple of recommendations
1. the fitness center could be cooler - it could use fans in more spaces.
2. it would be nice to have more space to stretch and cool down. I end up squeezing between machines or behind the chairs in the sitting area. (Why is there a sitting area there, btw?)
