The Y is a safe place for our children to go, and interact with children their age. There are various activities available, from baseball, basketball to swimming etc… What ever your children are interested in, you can find it at the Y.

The instructor was a lot of fun. The other women and men were just fun to be around. Exercises were easy to do. You get a real workout. Worth the money

The bew coaches are great. Spend a ton of time with the kids on technique. Forward thinking communication could be better.
My son went through the lifeguard training program and the training was great, the instructor was very skilled at training teens in particular, and he is overall a wonderful role model, being positive and encouraging while being firm with rules and requirements.
