We have recently joined the Y with a family membership. So far, it has been a great experience. The Hayes-Taylor facility is very nice. Clean and modern. The staff there is amazing. Extremely friendly and with a small child, I love the childcare service.
I love Marcy Welch who is an amazing & awesome instructor, teacher, trainer all in one and tge various exercises she brings to the YMCA and how she encourages everyone she teaches to keep our bodies healthy!

There is something to do for everyone.
The programs offered have a variety of ways to get activity and join a community.
The actives for the kids and the elder adults are great but there is a gap for everyone in between. Which is a double edged sword. That's what makes this location standout. I do think that there can be something in place to bring the gap a little closer
They are fun and not too hard for the seniors! Helps me “keep it moving!”

Loving the staff, from the front desk to the fitness instructors. The instructors knows the members names and it just feels like home. Also the classes are the best.

First it’s is very clean facilities and the pool is excellent, the weight room equipment is incredibly, staff members is very polite and helpful , plus the coffee ☕️ is excellent

I would love to see after school an increase of activities, possibly reaching out to martial arts, art, and dance to promote their business and showcase activities to families
I usually use the equipment rather than participate in classes. It is a very nice environment to work out in.
