The people are welcoming at the facility and always available to help when you need it. I was able to get a tour of the facility just as a walk-in. That was very helpful to me because I had never been in the facility before. The facility is clean things are set up easily and accessible. I enjoy working out there more than any other place that I’ve ever worked out before.
Everything is organized well. They have programs and activities for members of all ages.
It’s like a family from the staff at the front door throughout the building so many very nice people.
My son enjoys the program. Also, his Speech therapist is able to do his lessons, there on site.
I like the Dance class that they have. I also, like that during the summer, they have a ice cream truck to come during the summer.

What I like most about Hayes Taylor is the people. Everyone is very friendly and nice.
Very cool staff, very helpful staff. The place has a close community of patrons that are very social and considerate of others.

The instructers are great. If we had a consistent time and a working steam room it would be perfect.
We get a great workout as well as positive encouragement. We also get to try different things, not just the same stuff.
Instructor modified levels to address all participants. A variety of weights were available for use. Facility was clean and pleasant.
Fix the steam room
Their Kiddie College applies their curriculum based learning daily. Their students are engaged. Also, the Kiddie College is always finding more opportunities to enhance their students' experiences and real life applications of curriculum.
I appreciate the modern equipment and the community spirit the staff convey.
