What I like is quality and friendliness of staff

Great atmosphere for physical fitness in group setting. Instructors are motivated to challenge each participant to meet their goals and have encouraging and cheerful demeanors. Wish there were more group fitness classes in the early morning range of 5:45 am to be held in the gym while the pandemic is still raging. Still leary of attending classes in Pen Air and Greenhut rooms because of close proximity of participants and lack of a big space circulation like the gym.

I do not participate in them.

Everything is great, the staff is very nice, definitely I can’t complain about the YMCA the only thing I will change and that’s why I give a 9 is because it needs to be a little bit cleaner 😊

Lots of group classes (spin) would be nice to have another 12p squeezed in somewhere. Staff and instructors are great. Love the hot sauna and hope to start swimming this fall.

We love the swim program for its flexible scheduling options and excellent training! My daughter is swimming independently at age 3.5 after completing three levels of fun lessons. We loved having Lori as her instructor because she was great at getting my daughter to practice just what she needed to master her fears and develop her skills. We will definitely return for continued swim training and water safety!

Pool hours - Opening early is extremely beneficial.

One thing that would be super cool to have at the Y is a product shop for athletes and body builders. I cant tell you how many times I've forgotten my pre workout or my protien bar/powder. I think having a competitive selection of products to buy would be fantastic. Maybe even buy "smaple" sizes so if I forget my pre one day, I can buy a single day supply at the gym.
