So I only use the gym. I gave it a 9 due to how busy and crowded it is. Sometimes have to wait to use curtain equipment. Other than that it's great!

I suffer from fibromyalgia, If it wasn't for the program for senior citizens on low income, I would not be able to Use a pool To keep my muscles moving with the low joint impact Exercise I need to be able to keep walking. I appreciate The YMCA so much , thank you .

I love the multiple options of ways to get fit. I greatly appreciate the hospitality of the staff. The kind and considerate class instructors are very welcoming and accomodating. The whole experience at the YMCA is a great vibe, starting with the wonderful greeting at the door and the spiritual vitamins.

The variety of group exercise classes, cleanliness, quality of yoga teachers, easier parking garage solution.

I'm working with Nina, one of the personal trainers. She's teaching me how to use some of the gym equipment and helping me get stronger and tighten my core.

I'm also interested in trying pickle ball. I need to buy a paddle and show up on Friday morning so I can take a lesson and learn the game.

I like taking the group classes and they always deliver a great session, give you level of complexity/fitness options, great music, great instruction.

My wife and I rejoined the YMCA just recently and so far enjoyed the Mon, Wed, Fri Senior excersize class at 10:45
We also enjoy the Chair Yoga classes on Tues, and Thurs at 10:45
I want to start playing Pickle Ball on the the provided courts

I love that the YMCA has a lot of different options to workout, the swimming pool, yoga, to the gym upstairs. I enjoy going there very much.

I enjoy group exercise classes, there are a variety of classes that I enjoy.

The swim fitness classes are the best exercise for me. The instructors are the very best (Lorrie) they make you feel connected and liked. I have never heard a negative comment from anyone.
Bonus, everyone who works there always have a smile for you.
