Very professional. I feel like my instructors are always checking to make sure I have the proper form and that I am doing the excercise correctly. I also appreciate how much the staff cares about setting times for classes that fit my schedule. I am loyal to evolve because they are loyal to me, the studio is cool, clean and the quality of the instructors cannot be topped. I think it is the best place in the area.

I am in love with Evolve! I loved both instructors I have had so far. I love the personal attention and the fact that the exercises are controlled by the machines and the close monitoring. I leave the session feeling good physically and mentally. I also know I am benefitting from exercises that are done correctly.

Great vinyasa classes
I liked the guidance that the instructor gave. This was my first yoga session and her hands on improvements to my posture were really helpful.

I have a very good impression of Evolve Movement. I think the course instruction is of very high quality. The instructors are qualified, experienced, and personable. There are many class options to choose from so they fit into one's schedule. The online interface is a useful tool for purchases and registration.
Easy access from 540 since we live outside of Raleigh. Teachers are fantastic. All of the ones we have had so far (at least four) are each gifted teachers. They are giving of their knowledge, patience and ability to demonstrate Pilates moves and to inspire working hard to stay healthy.
The classes are the best my wife and I have been to in Raleigh. The combination of mind/body especially in Conni's class is amazing. The facilities are clean and create the perfect atmosphere to do yoga.
