It would be great to take some yoga classes at Evolve but in the past incense was burned and made breathing difficult so I have been unable to join in for Yoga on Sundays.
Evolve is a great place to take Pilates classes and I like the location & the large yard.

I really, really enjoyed Connie Stiles's Beginner's Class on Sunday afternoon. The class was perfectly matched to my level, and I very much appreciated the physical adjustments she made. I know that there are some teachers who don't like to touch their students, and students who don't like to be touched, but for me, a teacher guiding my shoulder to the correct place is worth 1000 words - maybe 10,000. She has a very encoruaging demeanor, which helpful. She also seemed to understand the use of props better than any other teacher I have experienced - with her help, I experienced the first pigeons in my life with no knee pain. By the end of the class, I was just in a state of pleasantly exhausted stretched out feeling bliss. It was wonderful.
Great teachers. Please make sure the floors are kept clean.
