24hrs, the rates are reasonable...
You guys have been very flexible with the appointments and responsive to my desire to do both cardio, weights and a bit of boxing. I have also been impressed by the frequency of seeing the guy clean all the equipment. Great Gym. Thanks.

Friendly Staff, Clean Facility &great value. Justin, Liza and Josh (morning janitor) are specifically very friendly and welcoming. I signed up for personal fitness sessions and have so far been very impressed with the quality.

How friendly the staff is.... and a smaller crowd
Small, community feel. Staff is kind. Facilities are sufficient. Great classes offered. Affordable. Chuck Hays about killed me, but is really great (I love and hate him at the same time.
Chuck was very thorough in training and getting me acquainted with the equipment and set up in a routine to meet my goals. I was however, a little disappointed the first time I went in. I actually started my membership at a different location and then went the next day to work out at the Vista location. The girls there were absolutely no help in showing me around and what was what. If I wanted to do anything at all I had to set my appointment with the trainer and come back. So all I really did that first visit was walk on the treadmill. I do like the facility, it is very nice and so close to where I live. I look forward to my work outs. And again, Chuck was great!

I love that you are open 24 hours & that tanning was.included at such a low price. Also, I live around the corner so its very convenient.

It's Nina! My wife and I probably wouldn't have renewed and definitely wouldn't have puchased more training sessions. That is, until Nina came to town! Her positive energy, her knowledge of diet and fitting her training to meet your personal goals' is refreshing! She's the real deal and not just a pretty fixture. It's third gym and, far and away, our favorite. I fear her time there will be short lived as she's destined to rise. Good for her and good for the gym, but, hopefully, good for all. Good job Mgmt/ownership for making a necessary change

Cons
-I'm new to tanning and not sure if other tanning lotion is regularly that expensive ($45/bottle). Luckily the sales rep gave me the different options and her honest opinion on a bottle that was actually one of the cheaper options. I didn't feel like she was just pushing the most expensive product.
-I do wish they opened up at 9 instead of 10 during the week. I have classes starting at 10:30 so a 9am tan would work well. But really, it's not a big deal because I never have to wait long when I go later in the day.

Friendly knowledgable staff and plenty of equipment to help me reach my fitness goals. Only one thing, be less busy in the early evenings.
The staff are excited about the programs offered, 24/7 works better into my lifestyle, and the personal trainers are ready to listen and work with you.
