My child truly enjoys attending Mathnasium and always looks forward to his sessions there. The staff are consistently friendly, approachable, and demonstrate a genuine care for the children’s learning and wellbeing. I am particularly impressed with the manager, who has been exceptionally helpful and always handles situations with fairness and understanding. My daughter has learnt more in the last month than the whole last academic year at school.
Somehow the great staff at Mathnasium Clapham managed to encourage my daughter so much that she returned for several sessions a week over a sustained period of time and she has ended up going from a reluctant mathematician to one with increased confidence.
Her maths improved sufficiently that she was put in the top set at school and was successful in all her 11+ entrance exams.

Mathnasium Belsize Park has been fantastic. I have two boys - Y4 and Y7 - and they have both gained so much competence and confidence in just four months. They both enjoy going and it’s never a struggle, which speaks to how great Salima and her team are. The boys are learning and having fun doing it!
Such a helpful, convenient location that allows my daughter to independently go for her maths tuition to help in her GCSE years. The structure of her sessions is realistic and the feedback and communication with parents if great.
Friendly environment and supportive staff. Love the policy to encourage kids to work harder for a present as they like! Occasionally my little one got dismissed 15 mins earlier, without a reason. Sometimes the centre could be a bit too busy, with students sitting at the desks for work or walking around, as well as parents waiting at the entrance.
The centre should be opened on Friday, while Sunday is already closed. Having Friday closed will getting less time/ availability for kids to book for a session.
I highly recommend Mathnasium. The club provide an environment that makes math more enjoyable and less intimidating for children. All the instructors are very friendly, kind and always happy to help.
My daughter has greatly enjoyed her experience in Mathnasium. She feels so much more confident and more at ease with maths. As for me, I find the Belsize Park team to be very accommodating with handling constant change of schedules which means that Verena hardly misses any classes.
It is much better than expected. My daughter enjoys her study, the environment, teachers, and all the extras that make it fun. All the small extras such as creating own holder, spinning wheel, collecting stars, different rewards system, sweets after completing the work, etc are making the huge difference to the atomosphere and motivation.

Mia has developed in confidence and now maths is one of her strong points. I knew she needed practice, but she needed to be encouraged to work on her own. I recommend Mathnasium to a number of my friends as Mia has improved dramatically and now is starting to enjoy maths.

The team was helpful to support the children to improve the maths learning and thank you for the updates to parents about the weaknesses and strength of the learning of children.The team are approachable to the learners and parents too.

We’ve been taking our 7-year-old to Mathnasium Clapham for a few months now, and it’s been a positive experience. The centre itself is bright and welcoming, and the instructors do a lovely job of tailoring each session to your child’s pace—no one-size-fits-all lessons here!
What we appreciate most is how they break down tricky concepts into small, manageable steps. Tutors are very friendly.
My kids are loving math because of the team at Mathnasium and thriving in their classes at school. Colette and her team have done what I thought was impossible - made math fun! My 14 year old now wants to stay for 90 minute sessions as he prepares for his mock GCSEs.
